Uncertain if it will or won;t. It may in that it is less likley they see their capital investment deteriorate. Won;t stop bigger players though that can cause major damage with huge funds, will simply up the entry price for the game. That is still good as it should see this kind of action fall.
But the thing that institutions are awaiting is commercial production and sales contracts. Once these are in, they'll be taking a serious look at it and investing in it.
