there's an irrational supply/demand pressure on the A's that is affected by the C's, because both are same price but C's so much longer dated. Oppy buyers have a preference for the flexibilty of more time C's over and above the straight valuation formulae (eg Black Scholes) and this produces a tiny distortion between the A's and the C's.
Also complicated by recent fall towards just a few cents where the the straight 3c relationship to the heads also threatens to distort. (I think that when the heads were about 4c, last year, oppies were well above 1c)
Maybe others have better ubderstanding of what's really going on and might give their spin in this situation.
