The great thing about this is that only around 9 to 10% of shares will be trading. That should be one very tight register.
What's not clear yet is where it will be repriced at. The last placement in Canada was at CAD $0.35 ... but that was before the MoU. I am wondering if it will be repriced at CAD $0.70+.
