Info on Weider Health lawsuit

AOK has given sparse info on the lawsuit but there is a little more background in this article.

The journalist is more interested in discrediting the Stones in relation to their Soccer City venture in San Diego but does give a bit more background to AOK.

The latest update on the law suit is

1	Filed: 5/23/2017, Entered: None	MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 24 Letter filed by Weider Health and Fitness, Bruce Forman. ENDORSEMENT: Application granted. The deadline for amending pleadings and joining additional parties is extended to September 5, 2017. Disputes concerning the scope of discovery will be addressed in the context of specific discovery requests after the parties have met and conferred.
