Your "info please" caught my eye, so I thought I'd have a little look into QTK.

It looks pretty sick & the other comments on this thread pretty well sum it up.

However, I did note a couple of interesting points......

On 14-5-03 Quiktrak UK issued a press release about a partnership with Terrafix who will be using Quiktrak's network & technology in London's emergency services' vehicle tracking system.

The interesting point here is that this information has not been released to the market via an ASX company announcement. Strange?

The other thing that caught my eye was that Director, Ricardo Damelian, purchased 20mil QTKOB options on market on 5/6-5-03 at 0.001 for an outlay of $20K.
I noted that he already holds 100mil of these options.

As these options have an exercise price of 10c & expire in Dec04, it would seem highly unlikely that they would ever be exercised - so why would he be buying more considering he already holds so many?

Those points wouldn't have you rushing to get into the stock but the points are interesting nonetheless.
