I'm more concerned though that the answers they had to give are ones they don't want me to hear.
I also think it's worth more than $1. But, I have significant gains to offset against (the NST I sold in Dec 12), so crystallising a loss will effectively almost halve my capital gain on at least a portion of those gains.
So even if TGZ went up say 30c, I'd lose the tax benefit on the NST so would reduce the net benefit substantially...not to mention the tax on that 30c.
Of course, I could rebuy the TGZ after I sell them which is an option, but as I said I'll probably go for a more small shareholder friendly company which I think has similar potential...probably more DRM.
