Looks like another big winner on the way from KTM guys. Apparently not ready yet till mid June or so. This should be a ripper like FLN which was done by them as well.
KTM on InfoTrack ticket
Conveyancing and legal services technology group InfoTrack has appointedcorporate advisory KTM Capital to handle its initial public offering, which will likely give the business an enterprise value of about $200 million.
It's understood InfoTrack will aim to hit the ASX boards in the first half of the year, with the company and its adviser about to start work on a prospectus.
Street Talk revealed last month that InfoTrack was considering a float.
Sydney-based KTM has made a name for itself in the technology sector, last year handling the much-publicised Urbanise and Freelancer IPOs.
InfoTrack's revenue more than doubled from $37 million in 2012 to an estimated $86 million in 2014. It has more than 3100 law and conveyancing firms as clients and is growing by about 70 clients a month.
The company allows law firms and conveyancers to search for information including property titles, plans and dealings, as well as offering services such as settlements, stamping and document registrations.
