copper daily chart.
looks as if the bearish divergence in the macd has now played out with what looks like a small a-b-c EW.
the last time i posted this chart, my downside target was 2.84. bugger.
copper has now broken out to the upside. copper has found the .618% fib resistence level a little hard to break but with the macd lines now crossed to the upside above the zero line (very bullish) it is just a matter of time before copper breaks the above fib and trends up to the 1.00% fib expansion fib 3.32. (target using the 3 macd crossover points.)
my entry price is 3.10.
stop at 2.99
target 3.32.
RRR around the 2 to 1.
one concern is any strenght in the USD. that should put pressure on the carry trade.
