Nice to see you back.
Just looking back at BHP since July where it seems to have been trading a range anywhere from $36 - $40 price range without being to specific. But what I did notice was the following closing prices on option expiry for each of the following months:
July 30th closing price $37.15
August 27th closing price $37.65
Sept 24th closing price $37.72
Oct 29th closing price $37.13
Nov 26th ?
It may be just coincidence that options expiry seems to be under the $38.00 level. Also that there is a large put/call position at that level for November. It will be interesting to see if the stock finishes around the same level again this Thursday.
