Yes I realise that, the thing is that they mention that they had written offers in that release, but recent announcements make no mention of written offers, only that data packages have been given to potential farm-in partners who are analysing the data. Mention of recent written offers would be much more confidence-inspiring!
Interesting though that the 2 written offers in the old release were not Shell, so perhaps they are still candidates.
