Lets say the revenue is split perfectly amongst the 7 years giving rev of US$20.7m pa.
Lets say 70% of this is gross profit = US$14.5m profit.
Apply 30% tax and thats net profit = US$10.15m

Lets use ex rate of 76c...thats AU$13.3m net profit from this deal. Divide by 500m shares and I get 2.6cps.

Or if you want to use DCF method, I get an NPV(10%) of AU$64m from this deal assuming no capital upfront required.

Does this sound about right?
