    According to my broker who spoke to a company representative in regards to todays announcement.

    In regards to a Capital Raising, if the motions are passed on Thursday, that will be it and there's no need for any other placements.

    I agree the announcement was very vague, which is typical with CMR.

    I guess they couldn't word it in a way that says, vote yes to the resolutions on Thursday or else.
