Havent u noticed thats exactly what we are voting on Thursday morn .... or do u think it will be withdrawn last min. CMR SPOT MARKET fair value IMO is more like 110 by my own "non-independent" valuation ........ somewhere between Huntleys and the "independent" valuation. Dont forget the 42c level delivers 50+ % control into GT/HNC's hands. How else would they buy 150 mill shares at 42c ? IMO a FALSE and grossly undervalued "fair value" has conveniently been created by MARKET FEAR ........ CMR at 20 mill market cap ???? They just spent about 150 mill of their money (inc the C-note contributors') for their share of the INTERIM STARTER PLANT ... and 20 mill market cap ??? Remove the debt by convertingthe C-notes and market has to revalue significantly ..... thats what they are banking on and who knows what else under wraps atm. But yeah if they get the nays anything can happen. U can script a Bollywood movie on events of the primary "A" and "B" waves now completing.
