    ninie how do you come to the conclusion the dispute is over the "placement" price when the announcement says it relates to Oxides JV Agreement.

    There are if I am correct 3 JV agreements. One covering the Oxides one covering the Sulphides and one covering exploration. So to say it concerns the oxides agreement is fairly specific
