This is Apple a $800 billion dollar company where it sources the components from all over the world and has a manufacturer put it together. Spacetalk (sub $10m market cap company when the watch was released) also source many different components from many different suppliers, Infomark being one of them for the hardware ie the strap and case but that is it. The watch is manufactured in China, not Korea. They have countless other suppliers for the other parts, like the battery which I showed above. The Spacetalk watch has been in development with the likes of Infomark and others since 2014. It took 3 years of development by MGM wireless to get the product to market, read their announcement from October 10, 2017.
Given you have never owned a Spacetalk watch, go buy one. Go buy a Infomark one and pull them apart. It is no different than you going and buying a Bentley Bentaga and realising that it has the same chassis as the Audi Q7, yet they are vastly different cars when you step inside.
