I can only re-iterate, if the current board believed in the future of the business, they would be investing in it. Instead, all they need do is collect their cushy directors fees.
What incentive do they have to steer the company responsibly? Incentives are critical. I can't emphasise this enough.
Visions for the future, especially at the hands of consultants, are not worth the paper they're written on. Do not be sacked in by grand visions.
