The issues are not the quality of material. It is how much CAPEX and the logistics. The market for this material is small, plants have to be built to get the demand. Any rail has to cross state borders and are therefore common carriers. Rail has to be shared and so does the cost. The port is at capacity so how does there get to be more capacity. Happy Goose has only 9 metre draft.
We are stuck with 20Mtpa and the CAPEX has to be based on this amount. Capacity has to be able to be ramped up for demand as more furnaces come on line.
