If anyone would like to resubmit their Informal Proof of Debt form, you can do so. I initially sent mine in with 10/2 deadline pending with very little thought or knowledge of what I was really doing and later thought maybe I should have stated my case a little better.

Well I have now decided to take up the solicitors offer of a letter to accompany proof of debt but emailed Clinton Roberts yesterday to see if it would be accepted given I had already sent one in. He promptly replied advising that this was acceptable but requested I make it clear on the form that this is a revised claim for creditor status.
