Pat and BT - 23rd April is the critical date unless they have applied for a further extension which I think is unlikely. 5 working days after that is the maximum time allowed for the meeting and they need to give 5 days notice - so the report will have to come out with the notice of the meeting on Thursday or they are in breach of the Corporations Act.
