It took alot more than that for Centerra/Kumtor mine.
This email just highligts the delays and uncertainty. Guess it's why we started leasing things out. Will be interesting if we can still secure $50mil debt component in this climate and if costs are similar as a couple years ago. Maybe cheaper now?
