Yes, there will be an advantage accruing to Lanstead, but a swap is a swap; what can you do? Seems very misleading to say that they received financing for $4 million which could end up being $1 million in due course. I don't understand why they don't trade it in waves like Lynas, what are they waiting for; eventually they will, they control the share price, nothing retail investors can do other than sit and wait for 2 years.
