Is it wrong of me to think that this will just slowly head south until the next announcement?

Trying to squeeze abit of research in between my study for an exam tomorrow but maybe someone could help me. When is PXG planned to go from explorer to production? And has the CAPEX amount been released yet? And how is it funded? (these options aren't enough are they?)

Sorry if this has all been said before but a thread with all the facts could be good for new investors like me wanting some quick facts before going deeper into research
