Just a few comments regarding the things you wrote. 56% is not tightly held - 80% or more is. Secondly, over 1bn shares on issue. I usually don't touch stocks with more than 500m shares on issue because they are harder to move and require more buying pressure. Lastly, we are dealing with an old chart. There is alot of overhead resistance. Even more buying pressure will be needed to make moves north.
