They have to convert a minimum of $150,000 per month for 23 months from March as far as I can see, so this isn't just one last one unless they pay Springtree a fee to break the deal, which we don't know how much it is.
I would have thought the 20 day moving average would have been more than the sub .10c that the shares were issued at.
I would expect Springtree to be selling them on market today which will unfortunately soften the sp in the short term.
