Seasonal trials could mean various geographical locations for all we know. Its too vague to preach so decisively.
Upgrading equipment always sounds good in any business. Especially if that is due to anticipated future demand. It doesn't say they can't meet current demand at all.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say they will pay for the upgrades with profits? How much profit is what we are waiting for in the next few quarterlys.
Open your mind, if you look for negatives you'll only find, or in this case, create them.
