Sorry, I wasnt subtle enough.
My plan involves only the initial tranche of sesimic as the guaranteed work.
Then they look and think, and decide to go to stage 2 (a drill).
Then they look and think, and decide to go to stage 3 (more 3D, then a development well).
Then they look and think, and decide to go to stage 4 (full development).
Only stage 1 is guaranteed, and so the remaining percentage isnt worth anywhere near as much, because stage 2-4 are risked, not unrisked.
Remember Pancontinental and Woodside ...
