Anyway $45m per you+$20m cash +$16m gives RED $81M which at 90c USD gives about what the AGM preso stated $usd73M they need for capex & working capital. So the additional
290m shares on top of existing 659m =949m shares, close to the Billion!.
Given that the sell side is changing dramatically and stretching in an even manner into the 20's and the sell side is keen at 21c, then there's good reason to suppose that if we get 20c the market cap will be $190m.
