CR will cause a dilution of your shares, by adding more for new holders which means you will own a lesser % of the company.
Can go either way, if the positive info. Keeps coming things will work out or could level out or tank.
Options for exisiting holders can also be issued or othet alternatives which will be revealed then the trading halt will br lifted.
