You are right - DGR does propose to spin-off several companies.

At the presentation last night, it was stated that the next is Anduramba Molybdenum Pty Ltd. Further proving of the resource is happening this year - defining the rich core and they are doing metallurgical, crushing and grinding studies, as well as looking at process plant, site layout and detailed mine design work. A preliminary site layout was shown. Still a lot of paperwork to be done with the government though.

My guess is that a spin-off of these assets won't happen before next year, and they are undecided whether this will be in the form of distribution of shares. They say they are going to run each type of asset as a separate company.

After the Mo project, the next will be the Nickel project, in AusNiCo Pty Ltd, with the main resource at present being the Mt Cobalt Ni deposit west of Gympie. This is at a much earlier stage imo.
