They say that they now look on themselves as a company/project generating company, and the subsidiary/spin-off companies will have their own specialised management.
The shares of these subsidiary companies may then be held by dgr or spun-out or a combination of both. So it will depend on the method used as to which company will be the best to hold in the future.
