I have been in contact with Todd Plutsky at Coastal from time to time and I assumed that he and his Partner Vlad would be seeking Board seeks following the recent share issue to PXUPA holders.
I also note that the current Board is seeking "suitable" candidates for the upcoming EGM.
I asked Mr Plutsky if I could share the following email exchange with others and he said that it was ok.
It is a good insight into Costal's thoughts for the future of SRS

Hi Chris,
Yes, indeed Vlad & I will indeed be seeking Board seats and we thank you in advance for your support. Like you, we believe that the Company is significantly undervalued and are very eager to have a shareholder friendly Board in the near future that really cares about its owners.
We have many opinions on the opportunities to become a more investor-friendly higher valued business, but of course we will be able to more precisely evaluate all strategies after ascending to the Board. In particular, from an external point of view, there appear to be potential opportunities for revenue improvement, margin improvement, reduced corporate overhead, working capital management improvement, better inventory & receivables financing terms, reduced external service provider costs, proper valuation reflection of non-core assets, capital return, etc.
Rest assured, that in our future service on the Board we will consider ourselves dedicated stewards of all shareholders' capital and will do everything in our power to optimize the value of the business for all of its owners.
All the Best,
Todd

Hi again Todd
Well we now all have a sh** load of SRS shares. Even I have 7.45M.
I’d be interested to hear your view on how we get the market to value these shares properly – maybe they
are they properly valued now?
I assume you guys will want a board seat and I will certainly support that.
You may not want to comment but I’d be grateful for some thoughts?
I and others have been patient and I am willing to wait for a better time for a liquidity event.
Best Regards
Chris Harris
