Finders fee pisses me off & sends the wrong message to shareholders. Palermo wants a finders fee for introducing OBJ to a body builder....FFS Perth isn't that big..... And not a Unilever but a body builder... FFS again! This smells. So Palermo wants a fee for a deal that may not increase the SP. No way. This boys club granting each other rewards for dubious practices must stop.

I encourage everyone to get this thrown out, Palermo thrown out, or at least have conditions imposed. Such as a SP rise of 30‰ within 6 months of the transaction & sustained for 1 month. If we get SFA then so does this leech.

I'd also like to know why the board thinks granting Mr Palermo a finders fee is a positive outcome for anyone other than Mr Palermo.

Is Mr Palermo not already paid a handsome sum to engage in company business?
