Element 25 is a small cap mining company that has steadily been growing its share price. The only other large suppliers of manganese come from China and South Africa. both countries trading operations have been negatively affected from the covid 19 pandemic. since manganese is an generic commodity buyers are seeking a safe and reliable country to trade with. WA is ranked as the best mining jurisdiction globally. The final step for E25 pre-production is financing which management is currently seeking from a private or government department. Element 25 expects free cashflow of $32M PA in the first 5 years of production. with 110M shares outstanding the forward P/E ratio is 3.4. This number is extremely cheap for a company that has made clear of the fact they plan to reinvest free cashflows to buy more equipment and increase P/A earnings exponentially. They will be sitting on this mine for a while as it has a 100-year lifespan based off of current mining rates.
