The only thing I'd alter (and I think I'm doing this correctly) is the 'forward' PE ratio.
I don't think it's 3.4.
It's much less at the moment (meaning the stock is seriously undervalued)
The equation is:
P/E = Price/EPS
Earnings: $32m p.a.
Shares on issue 110m
Earnings per share of 29cps.
Wording it this way:
If you conservatively price E25 on a PE ratio of 5 (which we can't do yet, buy can once in production) then the share price should be 5 X 29c.
Which is $1.45 a share.
A P/E of 8 gets it to $2.32
And I won't even mention what bigger production numbers (if they go down that path down the track) means to the share price.
And I don't want to even start thinking about dividend payouts for the next 100 years because it's a bit early to get excited about that.
And I don't want to think what price per share a bigger company would have to pay us to get control of this asset.
Happy to be corrected on the above but I think it's right and it indicates a big share price move is just around the corner.
