    I am intrigued as to why a company goes public yet operates as a family business.

    It seems once a comfort zone has been reached after accessing investors cash, they go into cruise mode.

    Then when headwinds arrive they realise something needs to be done - but that is after the horse has bolted

    Now we have this company in traction whilst all on board continue to draw down on the available cash eg fees and wages.

    The so called acquisitions have been average at best. Mediocre, low cost with a low expectation of revenue contribution

    This management has created nothing but hang onto the coat tails of Oracle trying to create an agency.

    the recent Riyo effort is their first minimal attempt at growing up and getting into the real world

    the share price is pathetic because the company is being operated like a bureaucratic government department
