I know it's an obvious link, but you'd be surprised how many shareholders forget to view a companies website. Here are some basics about the gents behind Carnaby.

From there, you can google the gents names / previous companies. You'll find a few articles and some random info. You'll get the picture that these guys, particularly Peter, Rob and Paul, have been around the traps globally and have vast experience and proven success in all phases of a mining business. Including due diligence and acquiring assets, founding a new venture, exploration and discovery, administration and management of a public company, financing, and the negotiation and sale of assets.
