I asked this last week, however didnt get an answer.
Can someone advise where it was announced that:
1. WEG was a related party to Rizhao (prior to the 31 Dec 12 half year accounts).
2. The acquisition consideration of Cockatoo Island was going to included $4.2m cash (or something similar) as well as the assumption of the rehabilitation costs.
Any reference to an announcement or public document would be appreciated.
