Thanks mate.
The reason I looked closely at that chart was that initially I did not understand what it was portraying.
Going back to my time as a teacher/instructor I used to tell my troops that if they did not understand...ASK! Then, if I didn't get through, ask again. etc,etc.
I would explain that if they didn't understand there was a high probability no one else did.
So when I noticed that nobody referred to that chart I decide to stick my neck out.
