Well I'm sure some of you have received the information I have today. I must say I was shocked to say the least.
According to sources Kedrion are still committed to the deal and are open to short term financing for LFE until the transaction is completed. Kedrion apparently were surprised by the boards recent announcement regarding Octapharma.
You have to ask youself this question, why are you hearing this on hotcopper and not from the existing board !?? why was there no mention of the Kedrion transaction in the latest release when they are still committed to the deal.
Why are the board going to accept an offer that is $US11m less than Kedrion's with no upside from any script.
Why is the stock still in suspension.
