Yep, they have intimated there were likely deals around the corner, but unless you can show that they didn't actually believe that to be the case at the time it doesn't equate to intentionally misleading anyone. I really suggest you go back and read/listen to these interviews again. I did so I would have them fresh in my mind. I also did so with an open mind.
Happy to agree to disagree and appreciate your point of view. I don't find your opinion laughable, as I think it's very healthy to have opposing views supported by facts, research and reasonable assumption. Sorry you feel the opposite about mine. Good luck in your investment.
