Sadly not just bad timing for an IPO but also for Infotrack - they mostly resell Land Titles & Plans from Department of Land Property and Information and word is the government are putting this up for sale. Who's to say what the new owners might do. Think I will wait now until that's happened - and what about all this new conveyancing thing online ?
