I agree with most of your sentiment but believe that the clause about the depth of drilling 300m change to 1000m (Labour request) is not going to be accepted (from my understanding). Otherwise it seems Tory MPs are under pressure in a compromising position to the Labour posturing green stand. Interestingly, they are the one who granted shale license to Cuadrilla in the first place when they were in power. At least we see the 'total ban' amendment is defeated. This is a big week for UK shale and the fight is not over yet..
