Good or bad for UK shale. I'm not sure. More delays with red tape I think.

Thanks to a brilliant effort by Ruth Hayhurst on this website. She is a environmental journalists (I think) but she did cover this fracking issues pretty well and without bias to either sides. She has a lot of good posts.
