    "On 02 May 2014, Winmar formally engaged AECOM Australia, a global provider of professional technical services, to conduct the Infrastructure study. AECOM have advised that the study will take between 5-6 weeks to be completed."

    this is is well over due, anyone know when it will be released? Does winmar resources even exist anymore?
