Wow. Seems like a vital piece of information for you here. Is this the last clincher bit of news for you that you need that makes you decide to at last buy into the Syrah scene? Other wise I find your posts akin to some burly that a fisherman may throw into the waters to stimulate the fish. And you do get the odd bite even from me.
All we have heard about (at least that I am aware of) is that there is a road from Balama to the port - built by the Government of Mozambique. I guess there might be a bridge or two along the way that cross some rivers. Note that this road has already been built, so I believe we can assume that any bridges required will have also been built. Incidentally the last time I looked at the Balama map of both the TON and SYR locations they would be both using the same road to the port - assuming TON ever gets off the ground to actually have a need for the road.
