This makes me too scared to accept RG's offer even if I wanted to. Has anyone else accepted his offer and is still waiting for payment? I think the letter said acceptors would receive the money within 5 days. Which obviously hasn't been the case for you. And if we don't accept and RG reaches 90% ownership and compulsorily acquires our shares then he would still pay us but "much later". I don't know what "much later" means - could this be months or years ( brings back memories of David Tweed ) or could he forget to pay us? Does anyone know any contact details of people we could complain to if there are payment problems?
