At a quick look on its website, ING has at least 50 vacancies. This doesn't strike me as a huge number given its Australia-wide scale of operations.

Some roles are repeated, but with others, there may be multiple vacancies. This isn't explained in the job summaries for positions such as 'process worker' but for live bird handlers, it's clear there's more than one vacancy. The latter is not a job most people would like, so probably very hard to fill. Years ago, I briefly witnessed this at a competitor's plant, with the workers doing it for 15 minutes and then being rotated from that dark, humid environment. But it's an essential task and must occur with good animal handling, the minimum of stress to the chickens and hygiene top of mind.

Australia's leading supermarket chain, WOW, ranges a very high and pleasing 37 ING lines (at least in Victoria). Of these, only three are unavailable. 'Zero out of stock' would be ideal but ING isn't God so we can't expect perfection 100 per cent of the time.

I won't be at all surprised if when ING next reports, results are slightly better than 'Mr Market's' expectations.
