Whilst that may effect a number of the large trust that have debt based on CMBS etc, I think the small portion of debt used to purchase hotels in Aus will be no worries.
I think you would be better to think of the dynamics of consumers in the pubs etc. I wonder how much of the 900 pp stimulus package will be spent in pubs?
No I truly believe that whilst there may be a little more capital pain to come the IEF trust will come through this by doing what they do well and actively managing their assets.
I do think it will put a hold on their plans to work through the Panthers portfolio.
