Interesting thing about Ingot though is they dig their heels in and really hate losing money. So at the very least they won't be a passive cornerstone shareholder like a fund. I assume they'll be pressing REU to sell property and reduce debt. They're getting very close to having to make a takeover offer. 20% is the threshold isn't it??
