    The above  answers your previous question over Inhealths ability to scale up - 'more technology based programs'

    Also I think Anthems massive resources will be critical here.

     In your  'FaceTime' post you said Inhealth will need to recruit healthcare professionals en masse at great time & cost as they only have 100-200, but would not  some of Anthems  56,000 healthcare professionals  be utilized here ..and seeing as the programs ought to save time & labour in other areas for Anthem, then all the better .  

    In other words, Anthem has most likely already got all the healthcare professionals that Inhealth needs to rapidly scale up.
